Vice President, Field Services

Under Ron’s leadership, the Field Services team carries out service installations for consumer and commercial customers in every market served by PCCW Global. He took on the role in January 2020.

The Field Services team also performs routine preventative maintenance, which entails testing the integrity of all plant networks to ensure ongoing availability of Internet, video and voice services.

Ron has held a number of leadership positions since joining PCCW Global in 2002, and has led teams in areas including UCaaS management, project management and network operations.
