Frederick is our CEO, overseeing the growth of our integrated global communication solutions business. He is responsible for all commercial activities within PCCW Global, which includes data and our on-demand platform Console Connect.

He has more than 32 years’ experience in the telecommunications industry, the last 28 years of which have been with the PCCW-HKT Group.

Frederick is a Board Member of the Bridge Alliance and a Board Member of the Global Leaders Forum (GLF). He previously served as a member of the Board of Directors of MEF, and also sits on the boards of a number of subsidiaries around the world.

With over 30 years of experience in Telecommunications, System Integration, and Distribution, Petros has held senior leadership roles across major European telecom operators, including Managing Director, Sales Director, and Business Development Director.

In his current role, Petros leads the regional sales strategy across Europe and the Americas, in addition to holding global responsibility for the company’s Automated Platform Business. As Commercial Head, he is entrusted with global oversight across commercial, operational, and product functions, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic vision.

Prior to joining PCCW Global, he held key positions at OTEGlobe and Flag Telecom. Petros holds a Master’s degree in Telecommunications from the University of Wales, Cardiff.

Bret is our Chief Network Officer and has a broad spectrum of responsibilities within the company, including global network engineering, network project management and support functions, security and privacy, compliance and facilities and travel management.

Bret joined PCCW Global in 2001, prior to which he spent time as the Director of Engineering at Teleglobe International and as Director of Operations and Engineering at MCI/Worldcom.

Bret also represents the company on the board of REACH, which is a 50:50 joint venture with Telstra. He is based in Herndon, Virginia in the United States.

Lisa is Senior Vice President for Global Services and Operations. Lisa’s globally-dispersed team is responsible for service delivery, service assurance and network operations for all services offered by PCCW Global and the Console Connect on-demand platform.

Her team is also focused on supporting the company’s future roadmap of automated, self-serve offerings. Before joining PCCW Global in 2010, Lisa held positions at GlobeNet, MCI Communications and Hewlett Packard, in various business management roles, including financial analysis, strategic alliance management and contract management.

Lisa holds an MBA from the University of Maryland.

Based in Herndon, Virginia in the US, David is primary technology leader in respect of PCCW Global’s core IP network and the various architectures that support connectivity solutions based on IP networking. These include edge cloud, MPLS and internet transit services.

For the last five of his 18 years in post, David has focused on strategic IP network planning and the transformation of PCCW Global’s core network into a software-driven platform, as well as development of capabilities such as network virtualisation and OSS process automation.

Before joining PCCW Global, David spent three years at CAIS Internet as Director, IP Networks, and served Intelsat for nine years, during which he developed satellite ground control networks.
