Jr. Business Development Manager (BDM) & Sales Operations Administrator

PCCW Global, Inc. is seeking a Jr. Business Development Manager (BDM) & Sales Operations Administrator – Americas Enterprise Sales. This position will be a hybrid of Sales Operations as well as a Junior Business Development Manager and will specifically oversee and lead new sales leads activities related to Console Connect to include ensuring leads are being contacted, coordinating demos with the support team, and following up with customers to ensure they are onboarded and ports are activated successfully.

Responsibilities:

  • New leads activity tracking
  • Monthly Forecast reports
  • Track performance and pipeline accuracy
  • Console Connect pipeline tracking
  • Track action items and follow-up on actions required by the Sales team to complete
  • Review Americas automated generated reports to include RFQ Priorities, Weekly Funnel,Renewals, Contract Expirations and Terminations,etc.
  • Execute account changes and incentive claims; act as a liaison between the US staff and the HK Finance team
  • Backend sales support to include Sales project creation, renewals, service termination
    applications and IT requests; train remote staff in the basic process; assist with multi-site order entry
  • Respond in a timely manner on any internal and external communications

  • Ad-hoc sales projects, pricing assistance and follow-up, as well as assist with RFPs
  • Additional responsibilities as required/requested

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Customer facing and support for a least 2 years is a major plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Self-motivated, independent and responsible
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to quickly build and maintain relationships at all levels
  • Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills
  • Fluent in English (oral and written)
  • Travel is required
